SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern transactional text messages sent by the business identified in the message or opt-in form (the "Messaging Business") using Service Agent OS, which is provided by Eminence Services LLC (the "Platform Provider"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on the Messaging Business's web form (or otherwise expressly opt in), you consent to receive text messages from that business related to your inquiry and project. These are account / transactional messages — for example: appointment and site-walk reminders, estimate and invoice notifications, project-status updates, and replies to your questions. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

2. Consent Is Voluntary

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a quote. You may still call or email us, and we may still contact you by phone or email, if you do not opt in to SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with us. You will generally only receive messages tied to an active inquiry or project.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge you for the messages, but your carrier may.

5. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. You may also contact us directly to be removed. To rejoin, opt in again through the web form.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the email below.

7. Carriers Are Not Liable

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Mobile Information Is Not Sold or Shared

Your SMS / text-messaging consent ("opt-in") data and mobile phone number will not be shared with anyone except the texting service provider that delivers the messages. The Messaging Business and Platform Provider do not sell, rent, or share this information with any other third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.
