AI Disclosure
This document describes how third-party AI assistants can connect to Service Agent OS, what data they can access, and what you should know before relying on their output or actions.
1. AI Providers
Service Agent OS does not require a single built-in AI provider. Customers can connect supported third-party assistants, including services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another MCP-compatible client. You choose and authorize the provider. Its own terms, privacy policy, retention practices, and account settings govern its handling of data sent through that connection.
2. What the AI Sees
An authorized assistant can request Service data and call tools within the scopes and tenant permissions granted to the connected user. A request can include customer, project, scheduling, estimate, invoice, or other business data relevant to the requested task. Service Agent OS applies tenant isolation and authorization rules and does not expose another tenant's data through the connection.
3. Actions and Human Responsibility
Some connected-assistant tools are read-only; others can create or change records or initiate external actions when the user has the required permission and completes any confirmation required by the Service. You are responsible for reviewing requested actions, limiting provider access, protecting connection credentials, and promptly revoking any connection you no longer trust.
4. Accuracy
AI output is generated by statistical models. It can be wrong, incomplete, or fabricated ("hallucinated"). The Service marks AI drafts as such and tracks whether the operator edited the draft before sending. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, sending it to clients, or using it as the basis of a contract or invoice. We disclaim warranties on AI output (see Terms of Service Section 8).
5. Opt-Out
Tenant admins can limit whether team members may reveal connection credentials, and users can revoke authorized connections. Revocation stops future Service access but does not delete information already processed or retained by the third-party provider under its policies.
6. Logging
We may log connection metadata, tool requests, results, authorization decisions, and audit events for security, debugging, support, and usage measurement. The third-party assistant may separately retain prompts, responses, and tool results under its own policies. We do not sell these logs.
7. Updates
We may update this Disclosure as AI features evolve. Material changes will be announced and require re-acceptance on next login.
