Service Agent OS is committed to making its website, web application, and mobile experience usable by people with disabilities.
Our standard and current status
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across the complete product. Remediation and testing are in progress, so we do not yet claim full conformance.
What we are doing
- Improving keyboard navigation, focus visibility, and form labels.
- Checking color contrast, zoom, reflow, and reduced-motion support.
- Testing essential workflows with assistive technologies.
- Running accessibility checks on future code changes.
Known limitations
Some authenticated workflows, complex controls, mobile screens, and generated PDF documents may not yet fully meet our target. We are auditing and correcting these areas. If a PDF creates a barrier, contact us and we will provide the information in another format.
